Corporate Workshops

Unlocking the full potential of your team through expert training and collaboration.

Investing in your female talent supports your organisations female employee retention, gender diversity and wellbeing goals.
As a Mom of 2 with over 9 years of Human Resource experience, I understand the unique challenges that Moms face in their careers. From returning to the workplace to balancing their career with Motherhood, Moms need specific support to ensure that they reach their full potential.
I offer a range of bespoke 1:1 Coaching Programmes and interactive group talks, which help Moms get clarity on a range of topics to navigate the challenges of career and motherhood.
I love to create programs and workshops for teams, so if there is something in particular that you would love to focus on, and you can’t see it below, please get in touch. It is also possible to expand any of the sessions outlined below. We can chat through the needs of your team, I will then put together a suggested outline for you to review, and then I will go ahead and create the program for you.

Below is a range of workshops that can be delivered for your team. All workshops can be delivered online or in person

Developing a Resilient Response to Set-Backs

It can be hard when you experience set-backs but they are also important learning opportunities that can lead to future developments and successes. There are many stories of successful people who have overcome failures and set-backs, whilst on their journey to success. How did they get past the set-backs? What does a successful person do, when things don’t go to plan?
In this session participants will build strategies that will support them in
  • developing a resilient response to set-backs
  • applying a strategy to effectively learn from set-backs when they occur.
